actually i don't get it either, lol....i know that writer's block is, when u cant think of a rap (or anything written for that matter)...but you said "i neva stop you can say i got writer's block"...i thought it would be more like "i neva stop, never got writer's block"...lol...

so the other potential meanings are...."Writer's Block" as in the record label, which i still dont get it....and....

"Writer's block"...as in...J.R. Writers block / hood / residence...as referenced by J.R. in such fire with lines like ("got these heads like they stuck on a rap, how they all go through Writer's block") AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
